RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Homeloomers. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


INTERPRETATION & DEFINITION

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Sanganericart, Plot no. 104, 2nd Floor, Gem Vihar Colony, Behind Sanganer Stadium, Sanganer, Jaipur - 302029
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to homeloomers.com, accessible from https://homeloomers.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

♦ In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • Product is Damaged- during transit
  • Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
  • Product is Not as described on the website
  • Order is Delayed for over 10 days

    All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

     ♦ The following Goods cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • If you have crossed the 7 days return window.
    • If the product is damaged (Not in its original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.
       And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
    • Most items purchased from Homeloomers are returnable within the return window, except those that are sold in sale or any offer is applied 

      We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

     

    EXCHANGE

    • As lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as expected. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise EXCHANGE is valid within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • You may exchange an order upto 2 times

     

    REFUND

    • Please note, Homeloomers initiates the refund to your original payment source with a ₹300 processing fee deduction or you may also opt for store credit instead of a refund for the returned item, the full amount of your order will be issued as store credit, with no processing fee deducted, upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse
    • It will take us a maximum of 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
