HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ON WEBSITE?

For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before warehouse dispatch or within 8 hours of order placement (upon receiving WhatsApp order confirmation), the money will be refunded to your original payment source, within 14 business days.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped but before delivery, please get in touch with our helpdesk at +91-8003092319. You have the option to refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once the order reaches us, we will initiate the refund to your original payment source with a ₹300 processing fee deduction, within 14 business days.
Exchange Policy:
You may exchange an order up to two times.
If you opt for store credit instead of a refund for the returned item, the full amount of your order will be issued as store credit, with no processing fee deducted.
