Our Craft (Process)

Step 1: Sourcing the Finest Yarn

Our journey begins with the careful selection of the finest yarn. We source high-quality, sustainable cotton fibers from trusted spinning wheels in Punjab. Each batch is rigorously tested to ensure it meets our exacting standards for strength, softness, and durability.

Step 2: Warping the Yarn

The selected yarn then goes through the Warping machine, combining several yarn cones to create Warping Beams. This step is crucial for ensuring the yarns are aligned and ready for the next production phase.

Step 3: Sizing for Strength

The Warping Beams are passed through the Sizing Machine, where they are dipped in special chemicals to strengthen the yarn. This chemical treatment ensures that the yarn can withstand the weaving process. After sizing, the yarn is dried and wound onto a larger beam, preparing it for weaving.

Step 4: Weaving the Fabric

The large beam is then fixed into a Tsudakoma air jet loom. Here, the threads are meticulously woven together to form a durable and smooth cloth. This intricate weaving process is what gives our home furnishings their signature strength and longevity.

Step 5: Washing and Drying

The newly woven cloth is washed and dried using Jet dying machines or jet dyers to remove any residual chemicals and impurities. This step ensures that the fabric is clean and soft, ready for the next stages of production.

Step 6: Stretching and Preparing

After drying, the cloth is stretched using the Open Stenter Machine to ensure it is flat and even, making it perfect for printing. This step is crucial for achieving a smooth and flawless print.

Step 7: Printing Unique Designs

The prepared fabric then heads to our printing factory. Using frames with unique designs, the cloth is passed through a series of machines known as Flatbed printing machines, where vibrant colors are added to create distinctive patterns. These designs are exclusive to Homeloomers and are a hallmark of our brand's creativity.

Step 8: Fastening the Colors

Are you worried about colors fading away after the first wash? With our quality assurance and specialized machinery, you don’t need to worry at all. The printed fabric undergoes a high temperature of around 250°C to 300°C, which is maintained using Thermofluid Oil Boiler so that the colors fasten and don’t fade or wash away. Post high temperature, the cloth goes through the Loop Ager Curing machine to fasten the colors even more, ensuring they are vibrant and long-lasting.

Step 9: Finishing Touches

Following this, the fabric is pressed using Heavy Calendering machines, giving it a smooth and polished finish.

After dyeing and printing, the fabric is treated with softening agents to enhance its feel. We ensure your home furnishings maintain their size and shape after washing. Every final product is carefully inspected to guarantee it meets our high-quality standards.

Step 10: Cutting and Stitching

With the fabric ready, it’s time for cutting and stitching. Precision cutting ensures minimal waste, and our skilled tailors stitch the fabric carefully, adding hems and creating the final textile. Each seam is reinforced to ensure durability, providing you with a product that’s built to last.

Step 11: Quality Control

Quality control is an integral part of our manufacturing process. Every textile undergoes rigorous inspections to check for any imperfections. We test for colorfastness, fabric strength, and overall appearance, ensuring that only the best products reach our customers.

Step 12: Packaging with Care

Once our home furnishing products have passed all quality checks, it’s time for packaging. We fold each bedsheet with precision and package it, ready to be delivered to your doorstep. Our packaging is designed to protect the product while being kind to the environment.
